I've been banking with Fidelity since 1994. The service has definitely moved up to an A1 banking. The personal is top knoc, because of this I plan to move my funds from the other two banks I'm dealing with and open a CD account. Do to the service at the New Orleans east branch.

EXCELLENT!!!!! Through these times customer service has been a nightmare. I went into this Crowder location and was curious about this being my location. I don't regret walking in this door allowing Miss. Tonisha Windsor, assisting me talking with me helping me. Fidelity has held me up during my banking times with them. Closing my account has nothing to do with the way they bank, their customer service, or my experience for the past 2 years.
