Andrea in customer service assistant me with my online banking, she was very professional & nice so was Gloria at the Algiers branch, she was very pleasant & patient. The Algiers Branch Employees are very nice. I normally go through the drive up but meeting the employees in person was a pleasant experience.

After 3 years, I finally was able to come in and meet Mrs. Gloria. She was amazing as usual. We have communicated a lot via telephone and the in person visit was nothing different. Very good customer service. I will continue sending her clients. Always a pleasure!
