I hereby wish to express my frustration with Fieldstone Landscape Tampa. I dedicated two years and ten months to said company, it came to you at its worst since they were going to take away properties for being in poor condition. In less than a few months all his properties were in law. I felt appreciated since they thanked me for my great effort and I noticed that they will value my work, my opinion and there was respect. Where do I start? Huge communication gap between their sales department and operations. They knowingly damaged property at my home one issue they fixed as it happened while my husband was standing there, the other they have denied responsibility. They cut the power cord to our Rainbird sprinkler controller, which we used, but they insisted it wasn’t them, but told me that I needed to manually control my sprinklers at the valve before I noticed the power line was cut. very bad company , I not recommend , unprofessional work an horrible customer service and supervisor,stay away from this company, distroyed my property many times and not answering to my message .
