RecommendedEveryone at Figtree is great, they all know and love my animals like I do. Can't fault them. :-) I have been a very happy customer right from when they first opened.

I called as per the website for emergency during business hours, I speak to a lady Emily, and I have never spoke to anyone with such little compassion for such a sensitive situation, her tone was out right rude and very condescending. The whole experience was very poor to say the least. I work in pet insurance and was recommended by a customer. I will NEVER again attempt to take my pet here for care. People that work with animals I had always believed to have had big hearts, boy was I wrong.VERY DISSAPOINTED!!!

I brought in my 11-week old Cavoodle to be vaccinated with either the C5 or C7. I was there for a total of 5 minutes and was completely railroaded and was not able to get a word in to ask questions with the nurse. I was not properly informed what my options for that appointment were nor was I asked what I was wanted my puppy to be vaccinated with. I have taken the time today to investigate the matter, spoken with you personally on two occasions to explain the vaccination process and apologised for any communication breakdown or confusion caused by ourselves. I have never been so shocked at the price to cut an small old easy dogs nails... $28 it took three minutes and they didn't tell me the price before hand. Extremely disappointed as this clinic it's clearly about money
DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE! Shocked and disappointed in this vet! We took our puppy to a new vet and bought receipts we had from vet friends as they informed us we needed to give him a 9 month vaccination. Our new vet said unless there was a breakout in lane cove of Palvo then this is not needed. Our new vet also looked at our receipts and was shocked at how much we paid for his vaccinations. We have had friends that have had a similar experience and will not take our puppy back there and will ensure I tell everyone not to go... read more
