We celebrated my son’s birthday today. The staff was friendly and accommodating, the boys enjoyed bowling, arcade games and chicken tenders! Film Alley is a safe, family friendly environment, I highly recommend.

Nicole, Mandy and Ryan are the backbone of Film Alley. Ryan is extremely helpful and hardworking to make sure everyone is welcomed and Having a Good time. Nicole honored our tickets and has the best smile. There was a mix up with our dessert and Mandy went through great lengths to make sure we had everything we needed. These 3 deserve a huge raise. ♥️✨

Great place, the movie was amazing, the seats were comfortable, and the food was delicious. My daughter loves claw machine, and the arcade had a bunch of them. We will be back to try our hands at duck bowling 🎳 it looks fun.

Disappointed :/ I was looking forward to having more than one theater again in Longview, but there were a few issues. My food order was wrong (Buffalo Sandwich w/reg fries, they brought sweet potato fries) and I tried getting the runner's attention before he walked down, but he turned and left quickly. I pushed twice on my phone for a server to come, but no one did, so I had to flag someone down in the hall. I rated 5 stars because the movie was really good, but the food was cold when it was brought to us. I ordered mozzarella sticks that should have been hot. My wife had a burger and fries that was super cold. Food could be a lot better. She enjoyed her margarita though!!!
