Shuttle service was great, drivers were friendly and helpful. I parked inside and it wasn’t clear where to catch the shuttle. I had read on website that you were picked up at your car, however after waiting and seeing shuttles driving around and not coming my way I had to start walking towards the entrance. More signs would be helpful. Also Exit signs inside would be great.

Needed more shuttles, Waiting for shuttle for 30 minutes
Parking rates are a bit on the high side although the angled parking helps reduce door dings. Shuttle service is usually very prompt for pickups in the lot although can be a bit spotty for pickups at Level 5 in the airport. Often see several duplicate vans from other parking lot companies go by before a Fine van shows up.
