I'm not an experienced traveler, so I approached this parking thing with some trepidation. My fears were quickly laid to rest. As I drove in, there was a very nice person who greeted me with a smile and explained exactly what to do. When I returned, I didn't have to wait for the shuttle. The driver was quick to help and take bags. He got my name and my car was ready and waiting. When I checked out, the lady was, again, very nice, offered drink and snacks, explained the exit routine. I couldn't have been more pleased!!

The Valet service was excellent. Ease of drop off. Quick transport to and from the terminal. The car was waiting for me when the shuttle dropped me off. Depending on how often you travel it is well worth the cost.
