I had know idea valet parking was that expensive. I made a mistake! I won’t park valet anymore and will definitely ask how much it will cost. I paid almost as much to park at fine than it cost me to rent a car for a week in Florida. Disappointed for sure.

Constantly have to wait on outside gate to open scanning Pikepass. Worst was at 1:00 am at night. Need to fix that!!! Happens EVERYTIME! Will not open gate and wait for someone to open. Can you fix this??? I always use valet as well. Everything else is fine!!!!

Parked inside an attendant told me wrong floor that was full and then had to wait 15 minutes and call to catch a shuttle back to car

I was able to reserve a spot and used my base-code at the entrance to get in. The employees are ALWAYS friendly and helpful.
