This was my first time parking at Fine Parking. It was extremely confusing when the signage on the building said “Preflight”. The only way I knew I was at the right place was when I saw a sign saying “7901 Airport”. The driver dropping me off told me to “Go to 2” upon return. When I went to Zone 2, it was for taxis. The wait time at the airport for the shuttle bus is getting longer on every trip. It is not a fun wait in 100 degrees with no wind. I am going to explore other options if this doesn’t change.

Upon arrival the attendants were not extremely helpful. This was our first time using Fine Airport Parking and were a bit confused about where to drop luggage. There were numerous people waiting for a bus and not one was making a move to go get a bus. Luckily we all got on the same bus but without space to spare. Upon return the reservation had no information on where to get picked up. Also since there are 2 lots I think all printed and emails should always have the address and the parking lot #, to avoid any confusion.

I am a long time parker at the red 2 parking garage . I started parking there when preflight opened there. I have noticed a big change in the frequency and number of busses since Fine took it over. I'm looking at other lots to park at such as Key as there is always a bus there waiting. I've even had to walk over to the Fine bus 1 and have them call to find out where the red bus was because I had already been waiting over 25 minutes. Please make improvements I don't want to have to change parking garages.

I accidentally went in the wrong garage, it was a big frustration that the bar code works at both garages. Also I was walking up to the bus to get picked up after I landed and waving, but right when I got next to it the driver drove off with an empty bus. The other garage bus driver saw what happened and called him to come back— just a lack of caring from the driver
