celebrated a family birthday, the waiting staff sang happy birthday to us and gave us a free desert
Given the limited dining options at the National Harbor, this place is appealing only because it is convenient and the menu is simple enough to fulfill a large group's dining preferences. However, the quality of the food is very poor and it is not worth the price.
The food is quick to come out, and the bread pudding is delicious
Food was good but all staff, starting from greeter down to waitress, manager, trainee, etc were clearly not into their jobs. Very low energy and seeming to not really care of the dining experience and never really went out of their way. Forgot our drink order, rarely checked in on us...seemed like everyone wanted to do the bare minimum. Wasn’t even busy. Probably will not go again.
It was wonderful! My server was very nice and attentive. We had a great time. Delicious food and dessert!
Great food, reasonable prices, and a friendly staff.
Perhaps we had a brand new server ? She seemed to know nothing about the menu or how to wait tables. Chicken on the salad and pizza was over cooked and inedible however the Caesar salad, ravioli and margherita pizza were good.
Excellent dinner after a day in DC. We had to wait a few minutes for our table but that was OK. Our waiter was awesome - quick and efficient - very polite and professional. Pizza is to DIE FOR! All made fresh on site. Enough leftovers for another meal at home. Definitely recommend!
Pizza was great and our son enjoyed the spaghetti. I don’t know if they changed the grand salad or we just ordered incorrectly. If they changed it we prefer the old one. The new one is not as tasty and has too much salad dressing on it. Bring back the old one!
