I have been going to many dentist offices before for years but never feel as comfortable as I am now. they a great understanding about my problems and always take time to accommodate me even when it’s not my time. I’m with them for life never will change. Very knowledgeable and professional and a lot of care and that’s make me feel happy and comfortable.
I am happy to share my experience at Firefly Family Dentistry. The staff is always courteous, attentive, and makes eye contact . . . a nice touch often not found in medical establishments. My initial experience at the office was to becgreeted by a smiling receptionist who made me feel welcomed. My first few visits were for routine exams. I have been coming to Firefly Family Dentistry for a couple years now, and continue to be amazed by the superb care that they provide. Dr. Sandberg is great. He always explains his plans to me prior to doing any work. He makes sure I understand what will be done - and provides opportunity for questions. His dental assistants are all really good. Had my first visit with Firefly Family Dentistry today. The hygienist was easy-going and made me feel comfortable. The Dr. was honest, supportive and thorough.
Have been a patient at Firefly since it opened. Great friendly staff and get a thorough exam. The dental techs do a great job with scheduled maintenance and Dr Sandberg gives thorough exam and you walk out with confidence that your mouth is in great shape
