We had a fantastic experience with Fireplace By Design. We were on the hunt for a high efficency wood burning fireplace. They had as many options as anywhere else we had visited and were very competitive on price compared to at least 2-3 other places in town. A very pleasurable experience from the beginning. John helped us select our gas insert in the store and Nick did a great job on the installation and orientation of the insert. The installation was a wet day in January and Nick was very careful with how he treated our home from removing his shoes in the entry to laying out drop cloths throughout the great room up to the fireplace. Everything was cleaned up better than he started. No need to shop anywhere else.
Quote was accurate, installation was done carefully and explained well. John and his crew are professional, courteous, and a pleasure to work with. Best of all the end result is exactly what we were hoping for and exactly as described.

Great display of models and demonstration of features. All my questions were answered immediately and honestly. The new unit replaced an older model which required extensive work to make certain everything was per manufacturer instructions and local code. Well done!
