First American bank is awesome!! David (Kankakee branch) is my and my mom's favorite. They really learn their customers. They are quick on fraud..that department knows their business. I've got my card info stolen twice and each time they took care of me quick and professionally. This is the bank that makes you feel like family. Both locations are loyal to your success with their company. They always notify you of upcoming events or promotions.
