Decent experience compared to past visits (which were amazing). Staff was friendly and professional. Facility was clean. My only disappointments were the MA kept picking alternate complaints. I told her repeatedly I was struggling with a cellulitis around my eye. She said pink eye, then COVID…and I had to reiterate cellulitis. It also took 3 sticks in the butt to give me a steroid shot. I had an ear infection and could not be seen by my family physician. I was able to schedule online for a time that was convenient for me. I was in and out working 20 minutes. The NP and staff were great!
