My experience was very good, I had been suffering so much with my stiff neck and my ear. I had gone to two doctors and no one helped until I got to see Jeff how wonderful it felt when I got the prescription and took it. I certainly will be able to recommend, the office and the doctor. I know where to go when I have a problem and need quick help. Thank you so much to all of you.
I was impressed with how clean and organized the area was. There is a really large waiting area. The young lady at the desk was very friendly and professional. She got me checked in, in a timely manner. The young lady that took my vitals was also quite friendly and professional. She was thorough. She asked pertinent information and listened then documented my responses. The NP was also very helpful and friendly. The office is nice and all of the staff were super friendly. I loved being able to schedule online. I'm very thankful they can do DOT physicals, it's getting harder to find someone to do them.
Everytime I have been there or my daughter has been there... they have been absolutely amazing. The nurses are awesome and the NP knows her stuff. I'd rather go out there than Reid urgent care.... I feel like they have a better bedside manner and a better outlook. They give you the feeling that they WANT to help. I appreciate them so much!!!!
I was referred to this place by VA. I got there early in day so wait for assistance and evaluation of my injury was short. The care was professional, efficient, excellent. They even had suggestions for follow up care and didn't leave things just unresolved like I had experienced in ER's before. Thanks for great care!
