Excellent customer service from Daniel and Mary Bella, Mary Bella really explained my options, she wad very thorough, patient and great attitude. Swas quick to get the paperwork done, she is a gem.

I'm so glad I found First Central Credit Union! It was a stroke of luck after the bank I was using in 2015 wouldn't loan me $15,000 for an auto loan when I had more than that in my savings account. FCCU has been so easy and rewarding to work with. Why would anyone choose anything else? Oh, and the Kasasa bonuses are really awesome!

Setting up account was very good service. I was hoping to get a lower rate for my car loan. Response getting back was slow. Had to call back. I was told you determine on rate ratio to debit.the answer I got said I was upside down on my car. I don’t think it was really considered that I own my house and get SS and have a job 40 hours. Just thought explaining was short and not really looking at my application.
