In the beginning, First Central was formed by 14 Southwestern Bell Telephone employees in 1937 and was named Waco Telco Credit Union. In 1977, Texas Power and Light employees joined with Waco Telco. I always have a great experience when I visit the credit union. Ryan Smith has helped me in many transactions and she is very professional and super sweet. Ryan is very patient when it comes to explaining procedures. Ryan Smith has excellent customer service skills.
Made an appointment to set up a checking and savings account. Ryan was very helpful and also helped set up savings accounts for both my kids! Very happy to be apart of the Credit Union Family!!
