This was my first time at a Five Guys and I was impressed. I have to say its the most "homestyle" hamburger in the Tri-cities. Great flavor, very juicy and moist. The sesame seed bun is toasted as all burger buns should be. I would recommend not getting the bar-b-que sauce on the hamburger as it tends to drown out...
I really enjoy this place. The burgers are excellent, and come with a complete variety of accompaniments that you can pick and choose, so every burger is made to order. The fries are fresh every day and made from real potatoes. I particularly like the peanuts to eat while waiting for the burgers. The staff here in Richland is friendly...

Great American Burger When you're looking for a big fat juicy all american hamburger, this is the place to go! There's always great service and a decent atmosphere. The food is the real gem in this place though. Worth the visit.

Great, as usual We enjoy Five Guys and this property didn't fail. Fresh made burgers and fries, though the music could be a little lower (but am finding this is how all Five Guys keep the volume of their properties)
Great place for a burger First time visiting at a Five Guys and what a great burger! Really liked the variety on what you could get on the burger. Really good service and it will be a place I will be going back to.
