Initially thought they were going to work out well. They responded to my call about a burst pipe promptly and got someone there that night. However that is the end of the positives. During the drying process I had to reach out multiple times to get an update for progress as I was t provided them on the agreed upon time. Additionally from the first day I told them my preference would be for them to handle repairs. This was communicated to both the guy on-site and our project manager.
