Scarlett was absolutely amazing throughout the whole process. She was always friendly and willing to take her time to answer questions and offer design ideas. The installers were very professional and respectful of our home during the whole install process. We had a small issue with the grout lines and Patrick (the owner) and Scarlett were immediately involved and had it resolved quickly. Sam is incredible and super friendly and helpful. Tara and her staff were excellent. Very courteous, knowledgable, professional and reasonable. Byron and his assistant installed the hardwoods with care and diligence. They were professional, efficient, friendly and extremely hard working. Flaherty’s Flooring, Tara and Byron are class acts! I highly recommend them and am extremely satisfied.

It was perfect. I walk into a room and notice if pictures are straight and everything lines up correctly. I had a pervious company redo tile work 3 times. Gary & his installation team installed our tile correctly the first time and were so nice. Tara did a great job of helping us pick the correct tile for our house.

This was our third experience with Flaherty's. Each time from the design/sales rep to the flooring personnel, we were impressed with their knowledge, courtesy, and capabilites. Our work was done on time and to our satisfaction.

We had a great experience working with Tara McGuffin of Flaherty’s Cypress location. She was extremely attentive, knowledgeable & helpful both times we used Flaherty’s products & services. Very positive experience while dealing with a complex situation with multiple issues. She has successfully worked out the best deal with their sales rep. and assisted in obtaining the ultimate financing thru the supplier. Highly recommend both the store and Tara for your flooring choices.
