Tara and her staff were excellent. Very courteous, knowledgable, professional and reasonable. Byron and his assistant installed the hardwoods with care and diligence. It was perfect. I walk into a room and notice if pictures are straight and everything lines up correctly. I had a pervious company redo tile work 3 times. Gary & his installation team installed our tile correctly the first time and were so nice. Tara did a great job of helping us pick the correct tile for our house.

We had a great experience working with Tara McGuffin of Flaherty’s Cypress location. She was extremely attentive, knowledgeable & helpful both times we used Flaherty’s products & services. Very positive experience while dealing with a complex situation with multiple issues. She has successfully worked out the best deal with their sales rep. and assisted in obtaining the ultimate financing thru the supplier. Highly recommend both the store and Tara for your flooring choices.
