Moved from the south coast of the UK to Indianapolis using International shippers Solaris who then used Flat Rate to get my possessions from New York to Indiana. We had no dealings with Flat Rate office staff ourselves but the two wonderful guys who delivered to our U Haul unit last March were kind, courteous, caring, and hard working. I wish we could remember their names, just one small thing broken (packed by myself) and that could have happened at any time having been handled by 3 sets of movers. Very highly recommended.
Arrived on schedule, packing staff was organized and experienced. They worked quickly and packed everything well for a safe journey.
