I couldn't have picked a better moving company, they were very organized throughout the entire move that they made it so easy for me to unpack my belongings. The team at Flatrate moving is amazing! They are very nice and professional that move went by so quickly. They are a great help, they listen to special instructions, and they have a positive attitude while doing it all to ensure you have the best move possible! I had some complications getting past the gate at my new home but the team was so patient, they really deserve so many stars for the hard work they provide!
I had scheduled my move for a later date, and after having an urgent issue I needed to change the date of my move. Customer service at FlatRate Moving was amazing! They really understood what I was going through and did their best to take care of me and make sure my move was scheduled for an earlier day then agreed on. The day came and the movers showed up on time, worked very hard, and really secured all my items well. FlatRate really saved me they are awesome.
I had a long distance move and after choosing Flatrate moving before for local move I decided to call them again for my long distance move. Chris helped me with the move assuring all my items were logged in and reported in a very organized way. My delivery was done very professionally and nothing was missing nor damaged. Flatrate really made my long distance move so stress free!
