I hope they have changed. I went here in my early 20s in 2012 and without explanation or really any customer service they told me I had 10 teeth that needed fillings with many teeth having 2 affected surfaces/sides. I needed to spend 2,000 asap. I never went back and stopped going to the dentist for a very long time. I recently found a place a friend highly recommend. My family and I have been coming here for years for our dental needs. Dr Probst and his staff are awesome and very friendly. I don't have dental insurance so I purchase a program through them called the smile makers program. It gives you 2 cleanings per year plus X-rays and evaluations. Plus it entitles you to 15% off all treatments that you may need. The program costs $299 for the year which is about what I would probably pay if I had dental insurance. Amazing service clean Environment, and wonderful staff, they take such great care of me and are a pleasure to be around. Everyone from Dr Prost himself all the way to the front desk is super friendly and caring, prices were fair and they accepted my insurance which i confirmed over the phone and through my provider BEFORE coming. on top of it after both of my appts for fillings (right and left side separate) Dr Prost himself called me and checked on me each time, and the work was excellent. Their staff is wonderful and so is their care. The issue lies with my partner Andy and their deceitfulness. See he has insurance and gave it to them on his first visit. He was charged roughly $200. Ridiculous right? He never questioned it but they also never informed him that they didn't take his insurance. So he continued to see them and pay upwards of $1000. He referred me but thankfully I realized what had happened and didn't come. What I'm saying is make sure they take your insurance because they won't tell you.
Amazing experience from start to finish. Colleen was wonderful on the phone getting me scheduled. Dr Barber did a phenomenal job with my bonding with the help of his kind assistant Dee. He really listened to exactly what I wanted and even worked through lunch to get the job done right. I am very grateful and as a physician myself, I was quite impressed.
