Fletcher Heights Dental is amazing! Dr. Prost is very funny and kind. I have developed a fear of the dentist as an adult and have had to get A LOT of dental work done to correct this. Not only was the check in staff lovely, but my hygienist, Melissa walked me though everything and had a detailed discussion with me about proactive and preventative dental care for the future. If I could give them more stars, I would!
Dr. Prost and his team are fantastic. The entire office creates a warm and trusting environment. My family appreciates the time they take with each of us to answer any questions and ensure we feel comfortable during our visits. We also appreciate that Dr. Prost takes time to personally call and follow up after we have any dental work done. If you are looking for a great dental practice in the west valley, I would highly recommend Fletcher Height Dental Care.
Never even made it to the office due to the extreme rudeness I experienced when I accidentally called this office. The woman was SO COMPLETELY RUDE!! I’ve never had an experience like that when calling any business!! From the start she was the rudest, most condescending person I have ever had the misfortune to speak to!! I absolutely love Fletcher Heights Dental—Dr. Prost is knowledgeable, kind, and always makes me feel at ease. Tiffani cleans my teeth every 3 months and is incredibly thorough yet gentle, which I really appreciate. Every visit is smooth, professional, and leaves me confident in my dental care.”
I have been a patient at Fletcher Heights Dental for over 10 years. Even though I moved out of the area I still travel 45 minutes one way to come to my dentist. They are friendly, efficient, and accommodating. My husband came in to have a temp crown put on and they worked me in to have a simple procedure done. I would recommend this practice to anyone.
