What a great practice, from Dr. Probst and all his office staff. I now call him Dr. Painless since I had no pain while he worked on my two crowns, the only time this has ever happened!! Yay! His assistant Leslie goes above and beyond and making you feel comfortable and explains the process. I would definitely check this office out, they truly believe in quality customer service😁.
You don’t usually leave a dentist office thinking, “Wow that was an amazIng experience”. But that is exactly how I felt after this consultation with Dr. Prost. He was genuine, caring and attentive to my dental needs. He was knowledgeable and able to communicate in an easy to understand manner. As a side note, he is also very funny… which can make the stress of dental work a bit easier.
I was referred to Fletcher Heights Dental by a friend, as both of us have the same insurance and use to work for the same company. This made finding a dentist quick and easy! I needed an appointment for teeth cleaning. Great service and I ended up having a lot of work done. What I was thankful for is, Dr. Prost, called to introduce himself and then call me after a procedure. The staff is great, pleasant environment and they tell you up front how much things cost. No surprises.
These are the nicest, caring people ever! Everything was explained very well, and answered any and all questions. Always checked with me often to make sure I was doing okay…we don’t have insurance and they give Veterans 20% discount and have a great plan for those without insurance… I’m Soo glad that a Dear friend recommended them to us.
I've been going to Fletcher Hts DC 25+ Years. I have never had a bad experience with treatments. Dr Prost takes the time to make sure that his patients are taken care of. His Staff is exceptional 👏 👌
