Service man came in, checked the thermostat settings, checked the breaker box and then the outside unit. Once he removed panel cover, he could see the bad part. He installed a new part and the unit was back in service. He was very knowledgeable and efficient in getting the repair completed.

Easy from picking the right unit with Shawn Obrien to the install. Very professional installation - technicians weee great. They answered all my questions and did a clean install of the entire unit to include new copper throughout . They were finished in about 8 hours. I would Highly recommend BREEZE for your air conditioning needs !!
