Setting up the appointment was easy through a text message for next day service. Jon actually called me and said he could be earlier than the original appointment. He arrived and explained everything he was doing . After he was done he went through every step and said how out system was working. He was very professional and did a great job. Thank you!

Service man came in, checked the thermostat settings, checked the breaker box and then the outside unit. Once he removed panel cover, he could see the bad part. He installed a new part and the unit was back in service. He was very knowledgeable and efficient in getting the repair completed.
