Been a customer of Breeze for about 8 years. Every single time I thought I had major problems they were able to fix with little issues. I am now in a brand new house that when I moved in I had issues and not only was the issue resolved it was done quickly. Each and every tech has been top notch, professional and polite. My air conditioner was blowing hot air (85). I called for service at about 2:15 pm. The service department told me they would be here at about 3:30. The service guy showed up at 3:15. Told me my capacitor was bad , changed it and was done in about a half hour. Great service and the service guy was very nice and friendly. Now my house is cool. I have never had a problem with this company. They installed my air conditioner and furnace and have been here a couple of times. Always did a great job and they gave some great tips. I... read more
