Easy from picking the right unit with Shawn Obrien to the install. Very professional installation - technicians weee great. They answered all my questions and did a clean install of the entire unit to include new copper throughout . They were finished in about 8 hours. I would Highly recommend BREEZE for your air conditioning needs !!

Florida Breeze is tops. I have used them for eleven years and won't consider anyone else. In an emergency, after placing a call, they are there within an hour or two. All of the reps and tecnicians have been knowledgeable, professional, personable, and helpful. Florida Breeze is a great HVAC company!

Overall the service was good. Personally, I would prefer to have the maintenance handled by the same tech every time. I also feel coil cleaning should be included every time. Other companies do this. Still, all in all, completely pleased.
