Dr. Patel is very thorough and checks everything. She explains in a way you understand and takes her time with you. I appreciate her professional but caring demeanor.
She made sure that I completely understood what I was getting and why this choice was best for me. She is very kind and you can tell she cares about your outcome. I highly recommend her.
Kind and practical.
Dr. Patel he his good doctor because he explain clearly what is the problem and what is the solution he also give you a moral support, but i pay to much formy first visit for like me an ordinary employee, but i like the service of Dr Patel.his very professional
I was very glad that I reached out to Dr Patel for a second opinion. I knew I was facing surgery and very scared. He took the time to explain exactly what I was needing, the risk, and even didn't encourage 2 surgeries like the previous physicians. He was very knowledgeable and calming. My surgery is now scheduled and I'm still nervous but also see that my future sight can be enhanced.
It was wonderful. I give him 5 star rating. I can see now. Thank you so much.
Dr. Patel was timely in his appointments and through in explanation to me on my eye condition with my limited options. I was referred to Dr. Patel rather than traveling to a specialist in Miami or Atlanta I feel fortunate to have an experienced Corenea specialist in Jacksonville who has successful experience in my upcoming procedure of a transplant in his portfolio.
