This company came to give us a price on the door and told us 3 to 6 weeks. At 11 weeks, they finally showed up. Due to unfortunate circumstances, we found ourselves down at the medical center in Hudson, so we were not here when the door was completed. I was given ultimatums and told that the door would be removed if I was not back within 15 minutes. Just so you know, I was due back in 20 minutes. This company has fixed two doors for us. Both technicians were professional and very likable. But the web site only allows 5 stars and I would give them a four.

We had a major situation with our garage door one I could not repair. I immediately called the Florida Garage Door Pros. Within an hour of my calling them Brian Baxter, arrived took in the problem and went to work. Within an hour he had the door functioning as it should. He not only saved us a lot of time without a car (locked inside garage) but a lot of money as well. If you have a problem with your garage door call these people; they will set it right. Got home around noon the other day and my garage door wouldn’t open. Spent 30 minutes or so fiddling with it myself, then saw the problem — a broken spring. Called Florida Garage Door Pros, and they said they would have someone there between 1:00 and 3:00 to give me a diagnosis and cost estimate, no charge, no obligation. He arrived at two, I liked the figures, and he had what he needed on the truck. He had the job done before 3:00; I was charged for parts and labor, not the service call. I am extremely pleased.
