The 1st time I met Dr. Koyama was when I was admitted to Lawnwood. We met on Tuesday and he did my surgery on Wednesday. He was very kind and caring from the beginning. I am continuing follow-up care in his office and I have to say his staff is exceptional, especially Alissa. Whomever did the hiring, I’m sure the main requirement was that you had to be very kind and caring. This is my first experience with such a first class office! I wish all my physicians and offices were like Dr. Koyama’s!
Everyone was so friendly and helpful and immediately put me at ease. Dr. Koyama answered my questions and spent as much time as needed to explain my issues and various treatments options.
