Quick service, great tires. Only negative thing was one of the techs rounded off two of my lugs and replaced them with non matching, non fitting old lugs from the shop. Heard him tell one of the techs he rounded them, and watched them beat the old lug out of the impact. Would have preferred if they told me what happened and ordered replacement lugs and had me come in when the got them instead of acting as nothing happened and sent me down the road.

They not only repaired my tire, they also rotated the tires, and put the tire back on, and put the spare back in place in my trunk.
I had a tire valve stem issue and ended up getting a flat so I threw on my spare. They were able to get me in the next day and were able to get the valve stem caps off my other three tires. Had a great experience this time around.
