The people lie about your car and they tell you your car needs this. Your card is at your car doesn't need none of that. What you're talking about they just get you in and they rob you as much as they can. Don't never go to Flynn's. They're outrageous they did something to the back brakes And they did. They made a mistake, but they made me end up paying for it. They are crooked don't go there.
I waited way too long for them to do the work. My appointment was at 1:00 and my car wasn't done until 5:15. They did however give me a discount on my bill to make up for the poor service. I don't recommend this shop due to service, but I do recommend it for tires. Whether or not I return for service is yet to be determined.
Horrible. I had a fully inflated LR tire (35psi) yet my dash was saying it was 18 then 19, then 24, sometimes 29. I checked my tire pressure with gas station gauge and my own gauge, always 35. I called Flynn's (tire experts right). I said I believe I have a bad tire pressure sensor; do you replace them and reset the computer. They said yes approx 50 dollar cost. I went right down. They scanned my LR which of course uses the faulty sensor for the reading, and said I had a leak because it said 24. They did not check it with a ... read more
purchased new wheels ,one had weld repair ,flynns would not replace,had to go to chevy dealer to replace .vary unhappy
I had to wait 2 1/2 hours to get my tires rotated.
Poor poor service. Appointment was at 8 am and I didn't leave the shop until 1130am for an oil change, new tires, and alignment.
We had purchased tires from Flynn's last Fall, we got a screw in the tire causing a slow leak and needed to get it fixed. I called the day before we went and the gentleman on the phone said "no problem, all you do is go to the building beside the garage and get in line and you don't even need to get out of your car, the guys will take care of it." We brought the vehicle in at 8:30 am, once we were in line we were told it would be at least an hour, we did not get out of there until 11:00 am. That is ridiculous just to get a p... read more
I dropped my car off the night before my appointment. They were supposed to do my inspection, alignment, tire rotation, and oil change and only completed the oil change and tire rotation after 9 hours of having my car. Then proceeded to ask me when I can drop my car off again to do the rest of the work.
Second time at this location Ive made an appt and car never went in until 1/2 hr later than my appt. For what I was getting done I sure was there a very long time
