Following an oil change I observed a small oil leak on my garage floor. I notified Justin at the Stow, OH location. Justin requested that I bring my vehicle back to the Stow location so he could look for the source of the oil leak. When I arrived my vehicle was immediately taken into the garage and the leak was observed from the drain plug. The drain plug was replaced and that resolved the leak.
Great crew and do a great job with double checking the work completed with a second set of eye.
Very helpful and responsive when contacted on the phone and in person will recommend to anyone needing auto repair

Staff was very pleasant and knowledgeable about my tire needs. Getting an appointment was easy. Accommodations while I waited was comfortable. I was kept informed of progress and advised of possible additional costs. The warranty was covered in a way I could understand. I definitely recommend the shop for all repair and service needs.
River and Justin were very professional. Replaced 4 tires and had an alignment, the tires that River recommended were great, took a 600 mile trip the next day and the ride and handling was great! Discussed the overall health of my vehicle and possible future service that my vehicle will require. Great experience.
