We were customers of "the other guys" for over a decade before I finally couldn't take the shoddy service any longer. This is the best water and the best company! Five star service, local business. NEVER late, GREAT communication, almost instant responses to any issue (like the occasional issue with my cooler). Personalized service. They really go the extra mile to accommodate anything I ask for. I love the water and highly recommend!!! Payment is a snap on their website, prompt email of bills. Water is amazing.
