The Original is Still the Greatest This is the original foot pad, complete with the misspelling of "barracuda." It fits perfectly, and I expect it to last longer than the off-brand replacements. I use an aftermarket diaphragm, but the factory skirt and foot pad. The cleaner zips around the pool. Suggestion: Watch YouTube videos for hints on stretching the skirt over the foot. A butter knife worked well.

Installation I had to take it to a pool place and ask them to install it for me. The way the Barracuda is designed, this piece is very difficult to install.

Barracuda Replacement Foot Item appears exactly the same as OEM. Installed with no issue. It’s been in the pool for two days and so far so good. Rated durability as average only because have only had it in use for 2 days so can’t be sure if it will last as long as the OEM. Value for money can only be determined at the end of life. Hopefully it will be ok but even if it only lasts half as long as OEM I still come out ahead as the price of 2 is still less than the price of one OEM.
