RecommendedMy wife has completely flat feet and could not walk very far. We went to Foot Solutions and they made her custom orthotics and recommended a specific brand of sneakers. It has worked wonderfully! She can hike with me again without ankle pain. The staff (Joe, Mimi and Jeff) were knowledgeable and helpful. I HIGHLY recommend this store for anyone with foot issues.

Excellent customer service. I work incredible long hours on my feet non-stop. Having feet and lower back issues. Tried inserts today and was amazed how my back aligned as soon as I had the inserts on. I purchased compression socks today and will be back sometime next week to pick up my inserts. The pain I feel everyday with my feet and back are worth every cent. Thank you so much Mimi for your knowledge and time. Looking forward to doing business with you for years to come. ♥️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Definitely the place to go for foot issues. The owners and all of the staff members are very caring, friendly and make you feel like family. When I first came Carissa was very helpful and went out of her way to make sure my needs and concerns were met. I have foot issue and pain from plantar fascitis. Dr. Joe and Ryan have been working with me for fittings and physical therapy. I have always received personal caring treatment and this has given me much relief. If you have foot issues - - this is an amazing place to receive personal, caring treatment. I've had plantar fasciitis for over 2 years and tried multiple PT sessions, inserts, other custom made orthotics. But it was finally in coming here and working with Sarah and Dr. Joe that worked for me in finally getting some relief! They never gave up when one thing or another seemed to not be quite right! All I can say is wow! Stepped in today to see about getting inserts for my work boots and the staff was more that willing to help. Even though I didn’t purchase anything at the time they went beyond what they had to and gave me a temporary fix until I can make an appointment through my job. You guys were awesome!
I have never been so happy. Went in with back and heel pain to walk out with shoes that solved my problem. Awesome employees and owners. I would highly recommend this store to anyone. So happy I can walk without pain.
I can not say enough about Dr. Sadinski and his staff at the Chesapeake Foot Solutions store. From the moment I walked into the store I felt like family was taking care of me. Explanation of different types of shoes and recommendations based on my foot analysis! The selection and styles available are far better than most and there's also great choices for accessories as well. I love every pair of my shoes purchased there and can't imagine wearing any other!
