RecommendedI have been refused service at this store 3 times. Some crazy woman said I needed to bring my podiatrist with to get shoes. This place is not worth going to at all! Save your feet and your sanity and stay away.

I don't believe your comment. I have been going to the store since 2007 and have never gotten anything but professional friendly help. Apparently you have a problem that a podiatrist needs to take care of and that is probably what they recommended. You didn't want to hear that so now you're on social media trashing a business just because they didn't tell you what you wanted to hear. Go see a podiatrist. The staff is very honest and that is what keeps me coming back
My husband and I went there to get help for his flat feet and foot pain. The lady that worked there assured us that if we purchase insoles that are made for his feet, the insoles would support his arch and help with the foot pain. I paid over $400 for the pair. They said to allow 9 weeks to get used to them. It turns out the insoles are too hard and they actually hurt his feet. He went back today to see what they could do for him. They offered to sell him cushions for $40, not give him cushions to make the $400+ insoles more... read more
