I have had the best luck finding the most comfortable walking shoes and sandals. It wasn't luck really I watched Barb work with my sister and brother-in-law when they git their personal orthodics made there. I was so impressed when I saw how much better and straighter they were walking. I made an appointment for my daughter the day she arrived from NY because her feet had started bothering her. I wasn't so sure about the shoes that were recommended for me at first. They did not feel quite right at first. However, my foot and back pain have completely resolved. Not immediately but definitely had to do with the shoes. Really pleased. Pricey but worthwhile. Better to have a couple pair of really good shoes that you can comfortably wear all day than a closet full of shoes that you can wear for a couple hours.

Excellent customer service from Lauretta. She picked a shoe that fit perfectly and looked good as well. She recommended white socks that felt amazing and that she said offer superb protection for your feet. I thought the socks were a bit pricey, but I was willing to invest in a couple of pairs because they felt so good. I will definitely return to Foot Solutions after such a positive experience during my first visit.

I had to purchase custom orthotics and some better supporting footwear (to avoid surgery). Lauretta made the process painless. She and the other staff members were very pleasant, welcoming and professional. Lauretta understood my problems and listened carefully to my preferences. Not many (maybe any!) shoe stores can claim such attention to their customers! My foot doctor had recommended this store and Lauretta and I'm glad they did.

Stopped by this store at 1pm on a Friday afternoon to purchase a pair of Oofos shoes. There was me and another gentleman in this store at the time and 1 sales associate. The guy ahead of me checked out when 2 ladies walked into the store. The sales associate that promised to be right with me immediately refocused her attention on the 2 new female customers and totally blew me off. I guess the Male customer and his money are not welcome at this business. That's ok, I'll find a retailer who wants my money.

Although staff is friendly they couldn't have been more wrong about the New Balance shoes she sold me. I paid $139 for a pair of sneakers that burn my feet and have zero support in them. Then they wanted me to pay $422 for a pair of orthotics. I saw a podiatrist the very next day and she basically told me these people didn't know what the hell they were talking about. Never again! Beware! Incredibly disappointed with my experience at Foot Solutions at Largo Mall. On Nov 5th 2016 at noon I purchased a pair of work shoes for $165.85. Five hours later, SAME DAY, I decided to return them and I was charged a 10% fee, a fee totaling $16.85. No one told me the whole time that I was there about this fee. I brought my wife to Foot Solutions in Largo, FL hoping to find a quality pair of shoes that will help her walk. The sales pitch we received was impressive and she left with a $280.00 pair of shoes. Our excitement turned quickly to sadness when she discovered the shoes caused her so much pain she couldn't wear them.
