Brought my daughter in for foot/ankle pain. We were helped immediately, and Carmen spent an hour finding exactly the right inserts and shoes for her. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, and my daughter isn't rolling her ankles at all in the new shoes we got! Definitely check here if you think they might be able to help! I'll definitely be going back!
Do not go there. Nothing is guaranteed. Cost me $180 for a pair of shoes. Hardly wore them. The Manager would not replace nor exchange. Had the shoes for approximately 3 months. Inside sole became loose. Had to take to shoe repair to glue each shoe down. When you pay that kind of money. You expect so much more. Will never buy from there again. I have bought several pairs of shoes from them for my plantar fasciitis. However, now none of their shoes help the issue unless you put in an arch support. After, looking at shoes and waiting my turn and asking a few questions, I assumed I would be the next to be waited on. No, she tells me she has someone in a back room. I had several shoes out I asked about and not once did anyone offer to get my size at least I could have tried them on. Because we are more than a shoe store we take appointments and that day we had some when you came in. the worst customer service ever. Say they will do something and call you and NEVER do it. You personally ask a manager to get more size 5's in the store so you can buy more shoes and he looks right through you like you didn't even speak to him.
