Minnie is your girl. So helpful and understanding about where I am at with comfort and style. When your feet hurt as bad as mine do, you end up compromising on style. BUTTT...she goes slow and let's you really decide for yourself and talks to you about brands she doesn't even sell. So helpful!

This place was recommended to me since I was having plantar fasciitis issues. After talking with Minnie she recommended some insoles for my current shoes. I told her that I am at home most of the day and don't always wear shoes. She then suggested I also buy some flip flops by a company called oofos. I spent over a hundred dollars (which I wasn't too happy about) but the oofos are amazing. The insoles I bought needed to be adjusted after I bought them. Foot Solutions did the adjustment for free and now they feel much better.... read more

I came to Foot Solutions after studying the retail pedorthic options in Austin and San Antonio. I had a doctor's prescription for over-the-counter orthotics to cure plantar fasciitis in my right foot. I thought this was a slam dunk. I'd pick up a pair of orthotics, and--along with my doctor's regimen of stretching and anti-inflammatories--good things would happen. I've been needing new running shoes, so I stopped in this store after my brother insisted I try it out. So glad I did. Rita was exceptionally helpful! She took my running history, foot measurements, and watched the way I walked to determine the best shoe for me. SO HELPFUL!!! She assisted me as I tried on different sizes until we found the perfect fit. Place is rip off I went in for help with my Achilles heel pain and found out later the stuff they sold me was for plantar Fasciopsthy What's worse after you pay and they hand you the receipt. The receipt tells you the purchase is only refundable thru in store credit. Why would I want to buy more?

Funny I ran across this website accidentally ... read Ardie's experience with Foot Solutions. Don't feel bad Ardie ... I had a similar problem with the group in the chicagoland area. Only I did get my money back after squaking and threatening to contact the Attorney General. I'm sure some people have benefited from them; I didn't and personally, you're better off first with a podiatrist to get the right analysis and do I what I did...
