Great firm This company has done a outstanding job on my company website Mr.epoxy&paint and the service has been unreal. I purchased a add on service I was confused about and too no fault of there own they refunded my money for the add on service. In business nowadays it's hard to get what you pay for let alone customer service like this and a company that goes the extra mile. Excellent job Foot bridge built our website, they did great job . The whole team is dedicated to meet customer needs. Aaron did very good job building our website. The only reason I put 4 stars on service is because it was impossible to reach him over the phone (he never answered my phone calls, only emails, which did work also) . Footbridge Media is the way to go! I have used Footbridge for going on 2 years now. I must say that they supersede the remark " the best bang for your buck" when it comes to website work. Also the service and customer relations are un touchable in the industry! They treat you as if you are their only client in which they have many. Delivered as promised! I am sure our company is not alone when it comes to advertising.....it sometimes feels like you are throwing darts (money), hoping it at least lands somewhere near the target (getting new customers). Beautifully designed websites that most likley won't be found. With the exception of the Principles and Management, the support staff is wonderful. Shout out to Howard Davis! He was very responsive to my many requests. Foot Bridge recently fired me because they claimed I was causing the lack of web traffic to my site.
