I have such complete confidence in this practice. Judy cleaned my teeth in a thorough way that I have not experienced before. I may even sip my coffee through a straw to maintain her fine work. Nine a.m. is not my favorite hour, but this experience was worth it. How may people say that about a trip to the dentist? I do.

The hygienist did a great job.
Everyone was warm and welcoming. Very professional. All the latest technology, such as the x ray scan, and tracking and recording everything about every tooth in a neat computer module. You can watch the process on a viewing screen as they do the tracking. I did my research and they won! I feel confident that all the work they do will be top notch.
It was fine overall. I had never heard back regarding a submission to my insurance company from 6 months ago for a night guard. The same submission was done 6 months earlier and I never heard back from that submission either. The woman said my insurance company was the issue. Well, the office should have notified me. I take some ownership. I switched from Dr Schmidt and his operation is A+. If Dr Rosenblatt would like to discuss, he is free to contact me at 847-912-3244.
As always, the staff was thoroughly professional and they make going to the dentist something I almost look forward to. Thank you !!!!
