Everyone was very helpful and kind. It had been a bit longer then usual and needed a work over to get me up to par. The two names that were given to me are: Hygenist Andrea, and client Madeline Schneider. My husband thanks you for getting his birthday date right!

I have been seeing Dr. Rich and the Ladies for over a year now. Not only has Dr. Rich given me a Hollywood Smile with some fantastic crowns, he was able to squeeze me in for a quick appointment as I was having an issue. He even took care of another issue for which I had an appointment set for the following week! Amazing Dentist, amazing staff! Love coming here!

I experienced the usual Forest North efficiency. The appointment started promptly on time and the hygenist gave me several useful points of advice on oral care. I did not have to wait long to see Dr. Rosenblatt and was out in less than an hour.
Facility was bright and clean and Dr Chavez was fantastic. Moving my entire family to this practice.
