Everything was great! Love the women at the leasing office so sweet! I love my apartment and my unit is quiet and peaceful. I do have a lot of repairs I need to get done by maintenance, but other than that I'm extremely satisfied:)
People in the office was wonderful and point. They were kind and went all out to make sure I got in and was satisfied.

The general price for these studio apartments are high priced for old ran down apartments. Every apartment at Forest ridge have no separate door for the bedroom.
When the wind blows a certain way when it rains we get puddles coming in from the sliding door in our bedroom too .by fixing our sliding glass door or putting another one too.
There's still issues with the guy down stairs. He's still playing loud music at all times of the day.
