If I could put minus stars I would. Sadly very typical car lot experience. Hear the radio add. Call the number. The phone salesmen is very specific about what they can do---set the appointment---no way. Can't happen. Mistaken. Not possible. Refuse to let me talk to the phone salesmen (and she was there)

The worst. Even after speaking directly with the owner, Robert Oliva, nothing was done to resolve the lack of service given my car, leaving it dangerous to drive and myself and my family in danger while in it. They just did not care! I even reported them to the BBB. They simply ignored it. Apparently they do not care that their reputation is terrible and their service is even lower than their credibility. Save yourself. Do not buy a Mitsubishi!!!
