Beth was extremely helpful. I really came in only to look but Beth did such a wonderful job of showing me so many different options even opening up tree collars to show me how each would fit with different trees. It was the best retail experience I’ve had in a very, very long time. from start to finish she made it all a joy !

Delivery was between 9-1 but didn’t arrive until 2. They were delayed by the DOT! Poor guys stuck for 3 hours! Once they were here they worked fast and efficiently. Very friendly and got the job done.

We had the best experience at the lake grove location. Started working with Carl who was very attentive and showed us many options. Once we decided, unfortunately the cushion color was not available. So we looked some more and went in another direction but needed to go home to get measurements. Once we decided to return we went to a closer store.
