We were looking for an indoor/outdoor rug. Lee Budzak was very accommodating. She showed us some rugs in the storage area, then unrolled 3 different ones so we could see them unrolled. We ended up buying 2 of those and 1 floor display. And, 40% off on all 3 was a terrific bargain.

Our new chair was secured in one day from another Fortunoff store; when the chair would not fit in our SUV, Lee proposed and executed a creative solution to the situation. This was real customer focused solution rarely seen these days. We’ll continue to visit Fortunoff’s for our future deck / patio needs. Well done Lee!
