I like to thank Marc Osborne & I think Gerry or Gary - I think his name was. We had an issue with a purchase of outdoor chairs- which they sent the wrong color to your store in Livingston - We were upset, but Marc advised he would rectify it and he did - Even though we had to wait another week, we had it delivered to our house in Livingston and was very impressed how Mac took care of it -I have purchased from your store back when Ms. Abate was there - but so happy with your employees there- Good job Management - Scott Steven... read more

The delivery went very well. The day before, we were given a 4 hour window of between 2:09-6:09 pm, and then on the delivery day, we were notified that we were the next delivery at about 2:45. Jason was friendly and professional. He and another gentleman unboxed everything and set it up, taking all packaging with them.

From the moment we walked in to the time we drove away, we had white glove, luxury service. From Gary Todd, Jake Simon, Luce and Marc, we were well taken care of. We couldn’t be happier with our purchases and experience. Will definitely recommend them to family and friends and be back for our future purchases!
Luce Valdez, the assistant manager, helped us. Luce went above and beyond in walking us through our choices. She was knowledgeable, friendly and patient. Honestly, we may not have made the purchase that we did without her.
