Called to check on patio set—“Jared” super friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure I was well-informed. I asked if he would be there on the 26th so he could get the commission he said he was off not to worry, ask for the manager. He ended the call with “I hope you enjoy your new set!” A+! Our sales rep, Jarett James was fantastic. He was knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. He answered all of our questions and multiple helpful suggestions. He respected our style and budget. If we shop there again, I hope we have the opportunity to work with Jarett again.

Brian and Monica were friendly, knowledgeable and professional from the selection through the entire purchase process. The delivery was on schedule and the delivery staff set everything up. we encountered one small problem which was handled timely and to our complete satisfaction.
