It was a good experience but when we went to pick up the furniture it had a stripe of rust stain .when I asked the sales person she said floor model non refundable I just wanted to make sure Not a used piece of furniture that was returned. Since misrepresenting is illegal. I will keep my fingers crossed since we are not using it yet it is in our garage that it is actually new.
