our service person - Jake Teitelbaum, was very helpful without being intrusive and very accommodating. My wife and I left the store, went to lunch to discuss the various options, returned and placed the order. Arrangements for future delivery went flawlessly. All's well.

This is our third big purchase at Fortunoff in Bridgewater. Our salesman, Jake , was extremely helpful. He’s a no-pressure salesman who is willing to work with his customers. His manager, Andrew, was also very helpful. They work as a team. They make you feel welcomed as you enter the store. We enjoy shopping at this location and checking out the latest outdoor living furnishings.

Jake was very helpful with selecting my Vernon’s sofa and club chair with Jensen end table. I was undecided on which one to choose and I had visited multiple times and finally purchased a combination of both brands. The delivery was very prompt abs the furniture looks great on my patio. This should last a very long time.
