I drove from Boiling Springs and was 12 minutes late to my appointment. I was left outside at the door while they decided not to let me in and turned me away because they said I was over 15 minutes late, but they made me even later. Plus they didn't even have the decency to open the door and talk to me. That was about the rudest thing and then ran my card for a payment. It's all about the money!! Not the customer. I'm paying just like the next one. That is NOT how you treat people!!! Especially paying your prices.

We are so sorry you were unhappy with our services. We clocked you in at 20 minutes late. Our policy (that everyone signs) is that if a client is more than 15 minutes late, we have to reschedule. If we had proceeded with your treatment, it would have set off a chain reaction of us being late with the next patient and so forth. Hopefully you can understand the position that puts us in. We strive to stay on time with all our appointments.
