The practitioner was great. Personable and knowledgeable. I did feel rushed and do not feel 30 minutes was sufficient to cover all the labs I felt very unsettled and unclear after the appointment. I had to wait three weeks after the labs to get results then 11 more days to meet with coach. It’s a long time to wait when you’re not feeling optimal and want to get better.
We spent more than half of the visit talking about financials, trying to understand how pricing and packaged services changed after the practices goes 100%virtual, and honestly I walked away more confuse than before. The clinician started off saying, “now there’s no overhead you get a better pricing structure”. But the reported numbers are the opposite - everything is more expensive than before! All these should be shared in black and white before the virtual office transition, or at the minimal, before the actual appointmen... read more
